Rolawn support Naburn Primary School playground project

Rolawn, Britain’s largest turf grower has donated its renowned Medallion® turf to Naburn C.E. Primary School, near York for their playground. Rupert Griffiths, Headteacher commented “The new turf really has transformed the playground. The wear and tear from up to 80 pairs of small feet had turned the area into little more than a patch of mud! Now the children can look forward to enjoying playing on the grass and teachers can also use the space as an outdoor classroom over the summer months. We are extremely grateful to Rolawn for their generous donation”.
The pupils are also delighted with their new play area -
“I think we will have more fun to play on and we are happy” said Isabella.
“I think it will be better for children to play on but still keep clean because grass isn’t as muddy as just mud and if we fall over we won’t be hurt” said Millie
“I want to see people enjoying using the grass” said Joseph.
