Black Country Living Museum choose Rolawn
4th September 2008
Rolawn’s renowned Medallion® turf has been chosen by The Black Country Living Museum to help recreate Folkes’s Park, a replica municipal 1930s park.Complete with authentic planting schemes, the park will take back into use the last remaining piece of derelict land on the Museum’s 26-acre site and will offer visitors the ideal place to rest and relax during their visit, transporting them back in time to a different era.
Cedric McMillan, Rolawn’s Sales & Marketing Director commented ”The turf laying, which was carried out by specialist contractor Jack Moody Landscapes Ltd has created a tranquil green oasis in the museum’s innovative new park”.
