Rolawn wins trademark dispute

Rolawn, Britain's leading turf grower and topsoil supplier has won an important trademark dispute with A1 Turf Supplies of Sheffield.Rolawn challenged A1 Turf Supplies regarding its advertising of Medallion turf which is a mark registered by Rolawn number 2069309. A1 Turf Supplies have accepted the challenge and have agreed to cease with immediate effect making any reference to Medallion turf.
