Rolawn appoints Distribution Manager

Rolawn, Britain's largest turf grower and leading topsoil supplier have appointed Warren Bate as Distribution Manager. Based at their head office near York, he will take responsibility for the management of the company's logistics operation throughout the UK. Commenting on the appointment, Philip Cuthbert, Commercial Director said "Warren has extensive experience at management level in the areas of both distribution and customer services. The last 18 months has seen the successful introduction of a number of new products and this growth has brought new challenges for our delivery operations. Warren's expertise will enable us to continue to meet these challenges whilst improving the customer experience which are key objectives in our drive to build on our market leading position."
